Why Healthcare Operations Matter to Me
Healthcare has played an important role throughout my life. Having navigated medical challenges since childhood, I have spent many years interacting with healthcare providers, specialists, and medical practices from a patient perspective.
Over time, I have developed a deep appreciation for healthcare professionals and the growing operational pressures clinics and staff face each day, including increasing workloads, administrative demands, and the challenge of balancing efficiency with quality patient care.
